    The value of this work lies in the fact that it is essentially a printed transcript of the author's lectures at the University of Aix-en-Provence. It covers both industrial and intellectual property law. Although primarily known as an internationalist, the author taught these subjects for over fifteen years and displays remarkable expertise. Less focused on practical application than Pouillet, he also offers some high-quality general essays (on copyright law, the elements constituting unfair competition, etc.).
