THE AVERAGE (V.)
THE FUTURE LAW OF AIR WAR

This unfortunately prescient work, given its publication date, is quite exceptional in its prediction of the aerial events of 1914. The chapter demonstrating that the advent of aerial warfare led to the blurring of the lines between combatant and non-combatant populations, thanks to the mobility capabilities of aircraft, is particularly noteworthy. Rare indeed.
