    The main interest of this text lies in the fact that it is one of the few to methodically describe the procedural rules applicable to commercial courts. While it is true that Dupin emphasizes that he is largely a compiler of Savary and Thoubeau, he nonetheless provides a useful collection supplemented by a solid alphabetical index.
