    A rare handout in which the dean teaches administrative law for the first time at the Faculty of Law in Paris (replacing Mr. Waline for that year, as the professors wished to "follow" their students through all three years of the undergraduate program). Prepared several years before the first edition of the textbook that originally launched the Thémis collection in 1956, this handout contains substantial differences from the printed version. It is very rare.
