    This is the author's fundamental course in commercial law. It differs significantly from the content of his treatise, the first edition of which appeared in 1954. It is obviously more schematic in certain aspects, but it also retains the structure and teaching methods of the original course (see, in particular, the 40 pages devoted to the theory of legal personality as applied to companies). Clearly, this is a fundamental and extremely rare text.
