    The author drew upon these notes for a book published in 1951, "The Economic Organization of the State." It should be noted that our text contains the notes for each of the two years covered by the subject matter. The first year includes, in particular, the study of corporate institutions and the legal aspects of economic policy, while the second covers the general theory of nationalizations and public enterprises. In total, these notes are therefore more extensive than the book published in 1951 and thus remain largely unpublished.
