    Motulsky's work includes his thesis (see below), initially published in 1948 and reprinted in 1991; his Course in Procedural Law, published posthumously by Madame Capel (Montchrestien, 1973); and three volumes of Writings edited by H. Batiffol and Ph. Franceskakis. The first volume is devoted to civil procedure (1973), the second to arbitration (1974), and the third to private international law. It is this third volume that we are presenting here. It contains the major articles published by the author on this subject (On the Legal Impossibility of Establishing an Anglo-Saxon Trust Under French Law; The Role of the Judge and Foreign Law; Acts of Non-Contractual Jurisdiction in Private International Law), as well as all of his notes, primarily published in the Revue critique but also in the JCP. These texts are very difficult to find and, moreover, are very well bound here.
