In addition to a series of speeches justifying the association, this collection contains some remarkable texts: first, a discussion on agreements concerning future inheritances with contributions from D. Esmein and J. de la Morandière; and a second discussion on judicial termination of contracts with a lengthy presentation by René Cassin and contributions from Mazeaud, Hamel, and Rouast.
