One of the main advantages of these new editions is that they incorporate all the changes in thinking that occurred during the July Revolution and the beginning of the Second Empire. Legal aid (law of 1851), the irremovability of magistrates, and the election of certain judges are analyzed in detail in a substantial introduction.
