Its value lies in its extensive bibliography, its annotated analysis of the EEC regulations implementing Articles 85 and 86, and its discussion of the procedure for anti-competitive agreements. However, it is quite striking that the derogations from the application of Article 85, found in former Articles 90-1 and 90-2 of the Treaty, are not analyzed at all.
