The first-year course is taught by Hamel for the introductory section and the beginning of the law of persons. The continuation of the law of persons, the regime of real property rights, is taught by Henri Capitant. The second-year courses are entirely the work of Ripert and cover the general theory of obligations and civil liability, the regime of security interests, the effects of contracts, and some elements of the law governing certain special contracts (sale, lease, etc.). It is worth noting that the tone used in this course differs from that found in the author's other texts. The decisive importance of this course should therefore be understood, especially as it is the last general civil law course taught by the author, who then devoted himself to commercial and maritime law.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Mémoire du Droit","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":51962504937819,"sku":"8502","price":381.12,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":false}],"url":"https:\/\/www.memoiredudroit.fr\/en\/products\/8502-hamel-cours-de-droit-civil-1","provider":"La Mémoire du Droit","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
