A set of three handouts, the first being the general second-year course, where the tone of the handout is truly maintained: the exposition is more didactic and explicit than it could be in a textbook. The courses on special criminal law are devoted, in one case, to crimes and offenses against individuals (against persons, against property) and to crimes and offenses against the public good (D. de Vabres). It notably contains discussions on crimes and offenses against the security of the State and on attacks against liberty, which, in the context of the 1930s, constitutes a very important source. A rare set.
