This is the last one he wrote during his lifetime. He was a modernist, opposed to the use of Latin for writing legal theses, and was elected to the Assembly in 1848 where he advocated for the application of the Commercial Code in the French West Indies in place of the special laws that applied there. This final edition contains an analysis of all the work he produced during the Second Republic and demonstrates great clarity of principle and reasoning, even though it has been noted elsewhere that the influence of German legal doctrine quickly diminished its importance.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Mémoire du Droit","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":51962486751579,"sku":"8363","price":91.47,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":false}],"url":"https:\/\/www.memoiredudroit.fr\/en\/products\/8363-bravard-manuel-de-droit-commercial-1","provider":"La Mémoire du Droit","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
