Dufour's treatise, presented here, is a perfect illustration of this. It constitutes the first comprehensive and organized presentation (far superior to Cormenin's last edition of 1840 in terms of its method of analysis and presentation), a synthesis of doctrinal analysis and practice, as the author was a lawyer at the Council of State. It is the first of those monumental administrative treatises that would be produced in the second half of the century (Ducrocq, Batbie, etc.). But it also deserves praise for its exceptional quality of exposition and its constant attention to the analysis of texts. The section devoted to the techniques of administrative litigation seems to us superior to everything written on the subject up to Laferrière. Rare indeed.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Mémoire du Droit","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":51962481836379,"sku":"7924","price":533.57,"currency_code":"EUR","in_stock":false}],"url":"https:\/\/www.memoiredudroit.fr\/en\/products\/7924-dufour-traite-general-de-droit-1","provider":"La Mémoire du Droit","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
