(Not held at the BNF). This is a judicious collection of three studies published in the journal of the Institute of Sociology at the Free University of Brussels. Perelman's text, "On Justice," one of his earliest works, deserves particular mention. The chapters on the "antinomies of justice and equity; equality and regularity" are especially noteworthy. This text also reveals the elements of legal logic that would later define the author's work. It is also worth noting that De Page's text on lesion in contracts is of the highest quality.
