    In a very simple binding (the spine is blank), this text largely reproduces the author's commentaries on Grotius and Pufendorf written around the same time, which constitute one of the last high-quality expressions of the natural law school. This text usually appears in the last volume (vol. 8) of the author's complete works, and it is rare to find it in a separate edition.
