    This collection, published in Alexandria by representatives of the Italian Consulate, essentially contains all the decisions of the Egyptian consular courts, including numerous texts and judgments from the French consular tribunal (in French), as well as the provisions of Egyptian law applicable to these consular courts, which had jurisdiction particularly in commercial matters (notably the Ottoman Maritime Commercial Code, also reproduced in French). We possess the first two years of this Bulletin, but cannot determine if others were published, as it is missing from the main legal bibliographies. Publications from Alexandria on legal matters are very rare. This particular issue has a distinctly Henry de Monfreid flavor, due to the numerous disputes it recounts between merchants, sailors, shipowners, and others.
