7 vols. in-4, bound in cardboard, manuscript title and volume number, (traces of wear on the covers, bumped corners, foxing), a good copy despite these few defects.
Partially in Latin and German (in Gothic script), this veritable monument of late 18th-century Germanic ecclesiastical law comprises over 3,000 pages. Schulte speaks of the author and the work in these terms: "It undoubtedly belongs to the best canonists of the past century due to its legal rigor and scholarly quality. The work contains 126 dissertations by 50 authors, the best of the 18th-century German school." Not held by the BNF (National Library of France).
