    (Berkeley Law Library no. BQV 190. A55; BNF E-2054, missing from Cujas, Schulte III, p. 489). Under this title, it is actually a manual of canon law for the use of bishops, of which the most noteworthy is the chapter devoted to the bishop's criminal jurisdiction, with detailed sections on rape, adultery, abortion, incest, and on matchmakers (both male and female). It has a good index and very accessible Latin. Schulte indicates that it is a reference text that had a great influence in the Curia.
