    A rather vindictive, and frankly quite reactionary, speech aimed at reducing many of the guarantees offered by criminal procedure, and at abolishing the jury; we should note, rather pointedly, the proposal to transpose to the whole justice system the procedure implemented before the Court of Cassation “thus removing from lawyers and bailiffs the ability to start trials themselves at will”.
