This copy, printed on vellum paper with wide margins intended for annotations by the various courts to which the drafts were to be sent, comprises: p. III: Observations on the draft Criminal Code, Part I. Offenses and Punishments / presented by Citizen Target, member of the commission charged with drafting this project; p. XXXIV: Observations on the draft Criminal Code, Part II.
