    (Dupin no. 1441). A fundamental work on procedure by G. Carré, which F. Laferrière ranks among the foremost "glories of the country" (Histoire du droit français, vol. 2, p. 403). Carré was a professor at Rennes and a colleague of Toullier at that faculty, which produced many of the most eminent legal scholars of the 19th century. Volume one only.
