    This is the blue mimeographed edition, much to the disappointment of enthusiasts who would have preferred the green, or even the orange, one. It is true that it is less up-to-date than previous editions. However, the author's entire method of thought is already developed within it, and one might even be inclined to consider that, apart from cases of reversal of jurisprudence, this edition, which proceeds much less by accumulating case law, better reflects the coherence of the author's thinking.
