    "It hardly needs emphasizing the importance of this work, a collective effort by a host of Slovak jurists [Dušan Kakavec, Dalibor Hanes, Karol Plank, Jan Spišiak, etc.], professors at the universities of Bratislava and researchers at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Slovak Academy of Sciences, working under the direction of Professor Štefan Luby.
