    Besides the Capitant Festschrift published the same year, a number of tributes were paid to the memory of this great author. We have already presented the one paid by the University of Tokyo on December 21, 1937 (MDD cat. no. 15-207). This collection contains some remarkable texts: first, a discussion on private insurance and social progress between M. Picard and J. Xavier, then a report on the influence of laws on social progress and the interventions of Maury, Capitant, and Hamel. Very rare.
