Does such a system not risk irreparably compromising the unification of cheque law that seemed to have been achieved in 1931 after twenty years of effort and controversy?” To simplify research for cheque practitioners, the authors have decided to group together the reservations of Annex II here, and then determine whether the unification is total or partial on any given point.
