Suppose you're a donkey, I'll bridle you, saddle you, mount you, and we'll go to the fair. Once there, you start braying, kicking, farting, breaking the china, sticking your dirty nose in the cake, and then everyone blames me. Is that fair? If you're a vicious beast, is it my fault...?"

    Beyond the satirical approach to the judicial world, G. Frison hides his anti-Semitism under the thick caricature, as could also be seen in his satirical and anti-clerical weekly (1878-1885).
