While continuing to include references to Guy Pape's Questions, the author creates a division into five books, summarizes the exposition and the judgments, and adds rulings from more recent legislation and legal scholarship. The result is a veritable treatise, revealing in particular that decisions in criminal matters constitute only a small part (Books 4 \u0026amp; 5).
