Beyond this introduction, one cannot help but be struck by the practical nature of this treatise, which, like Planiol and Ripert's, will appeal to a wide range of practitioners. Finally, we offer here the latest edition—also the most frequently cited—along with its extremely rare and controversial supplement by Bonnecase.
